EBOX Delivery

Your business is extremely important to us and therefore you can rest assured we are doing everything within our control to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We have a team of dedicated staff in our warehouse who will make sure your order leaves us as quickly as possible. In most cases, you will receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order. If in 5 working days your item has not arrived with you, please contact us to check on the status.

If we know of any problem we will contact you by email, therefore please check your email and spam folders just in case there is an issue.

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will normally be sent an email to let you know when the courier intends to make delivery.

Please note: We do not deliver on weekends nor during official holidays, except upon request (additional funds required where delivery is feasible).

We reserve the right to contact you for additional funds to cover shipping to remote areas. Your approval will be sought before any funds are taken.

During busy periods such as holiday seasons or Black Friday and other sale periods, you may experience some delay in delivery time. We do our best to minimise these delays and work closely with couriers, who are also very busy at these times. Please be patient and look out for tracking emails in order to see the progress of your shipment.

Due to circumstances out of our control, some packages arriving to customers in the USA from our UK warehouse may incur duty to be paid by the receiver. This currently only affects our parts. Our EBOX and Dragster bikes are shipped directly from the USA, so they are not subject to these fees. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to keep our products duty/tariff free.
